Poor business practices, poor communication, he seldom responds to questions, calls or texts. Talks a big game, but doesn't follow through. Bernie kept changing what he considered to be in his quote, to jack up the price of our renovation. Quoted a "turn key" renovation service, but later found that didn't include painting or electrical. He started work with demolition and then left for weeks promising he would be right back, only returning after I called him numerous times. He did not pay his vendor for completed work that I had to pay him for in advance for, and they harassed me for his nonpayments. Poor project management, took him 3 months to do a job he said he could do in one. Poor planning, he did not order necessary supplies until the day he needed them causing lags of weeks in between due to shipping things to the site. I am very disappointed with this service and would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Beware!! Bernie Davis has a big smile, but he is not sincere.

This contractor owes me money,I had to pay another contractor to fix the squeeky floor in my bathroom, he left work unfinished, I paid him $2000 to start on 2nd bathroom from July 2021 to Nov 2021 he never came back to even start,I've made several attempts to reach him to refund my money and it's like he has disappeared, as soon as I get his address we will be going to court.

I worked with Bernie Davis at Elite Imperial Renovations on building a built-in microwave, 11-foot granite counter, moved electrical outlet, moved light fixture, and laundry room cabinets. Davis and crew were very professional, attentive, and made sure the job was complete and satisfactory. Elite Imperial Renovations was able to match all the colors and the job is solid built. I plan to use them again for bathroom tub removal and installation.
