This is a second home so we’re not here all the time. And it’s an old home so for the last few years we have had issues several times and the Penland people have bent over backwards to help us out every time. The last three times Dylan has been the person I’ve dealt with and he has been impressively professional, knowledgeable and prompt with scheduling and communication. I absolute could not be more pleased. Thanks Penland!
Penland technician arrived within timeframe provided on Saturday and did an excellent job getting 2 Trane heat pumps/A/C running again. The service co. I used to deal with told me it would be Monday before their techs. would return to work. Penland offers 24/7 emergency service, exactly what I needed! And a great technician!
Dylan was awesome. Very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me on anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary. Will definitely be getting our HVAC unit serviced by him from now on.
