Called Valentine's morning to do something for my dad. It's his first year without my mom. She died last year. Got a voice machine that said closed today. CLOSED? On the busiest day of the year for this type business?? What the? Where's the negative stars button???
Stay far away from this place. Went there many times no one ever there. Finally got lady on the phone to make appointment for following week to go over my wedding flowers. Only most important day in my life. We show up at the appointment and the place is locked up tight. There's no one around at all. I get the lady on the phone and she's like appointment? What appointment? O, I completely forgot!Zero professionalism. Stay far away. Take your business elsewhere.
my daddy's grave looks as amazing as always! it is a very sad place and beckie is so awesome to not only create a beautiful arrangement but also place it on the headstone. you are my angel :)
