My wife and I recently bought raw/undeveloped land in Avery County. After researching local builders and reviewing portfolios, we chose Vonco to trust with not only developing an initial site to live on with all utilities for our 5th wheel RV, but also are in the initial stages of working with them on our dream home that we hope to spend the rest of our lives in. We contracted with Vonco to build an addition to our existing home. They were first class from start to finish! No details were forgotten, and the quality of their building and workmanship was impeccable. They were great thought partners as we made decisions for finishes, and their entire crew was so wonderful to work with. The addition was finished ahead of schedule, too, which was a great surprise. Shout out to Daniel and Rachel for all the discussions and decisions along the way! We will be partnering with them in the future for certain and would highly recommend Vonco.
