Casey Allen is wonderful. Her massage center is well-appointed, very relaxing and now has a state-of-the art sauna, that is great. A 15 minute sauna before a massage is a must!

I recently had a full 90-minute integrative therapeutic massage with Casey Allen. She is excellent and my first treatment included aromatherapy, hot stones and cupping which I loved. She is certified, knowledgeable and experienced, tailoring the session to my individual issues and needs. Her practice in Newland is beautifully decorated, inviting and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been loyal to casey for years now because nobody else changes their therapy for what you need without even saying a word. She incorporates hot stones and cupping and really gets me to relax my MIND too, which is impossible for me. Love her and the new location is beautiful
