Worked us in their busy schedule when we were in a time crunch and needed new flooring. Went the extra mile to drive to pick up the flooring we needed instead of waiting for the shipment. I needed new carpets and vinyl for the kitchen and dining room and bathroom. I went to their show room near Bakersville and picked out what I wanted. Within a week a crew of four very talented hard working professional men arrived at my house. They wasted no time getting started and treated everything I owned like it was their own. The two owners Keith and Kevin have decades and decades of combined experience in this business. I highly recommend. Elisa in the front office is a fantastic interior decorator and will help you with your selection process. I was very lucky and fortunate to have found Dick’s carpet for what I needed done. I ordered our floor on 6/11/2020, they came and installed our floor on 6/16/2020. They were very friendly and very professional. Even though it was rainy outside, the job got finished in a very acceptable timely manner. The finished product is amazing. We love our new floor. The first 2 photos are the "Before," the next are the "After" photos.
