Spoke with Mr. Vaughan on Thursday. Said he'd be at my house on Monday. I sent a text on Sunday evening making sure he would be coming to my house on Monday. He said yes, "if not Monday, definitely Tuesday". When he didn't show on Tuesday, a contractor doing a porch addition for me called Mr. Vaughan. He apologized saying he just forgot that he would be here first thing Tuesday morning. Again he never showed up and he never returned my text or call. I've been without water for over 7 days. I would NOT recommend this plumber!
Called 2 weeks ago and was told someone would be on site the next day. Never showed and none of my follow up calls were returned. Hired another plumber. Don't even think about this business. Walk away fast.
I'm a good judge of character. And the man that answered my call sounds experienced and like he genuinely cares. I cancelled on the day of appt. bc as it happens I believe it's the water companies issue. My water meter seems to be DEFECTIVE. NO NUMBERS ARE DISPLAYED AT ALL. Further more, I don't even have a bathroom sink, use my shower bc it doesn't come on, and I'm the only occupant. No feasible reason for a leak even if my house is old and a fixer upper??!! All this stated Im still going to call on this plumbing service if needed in the near future
