I consistently run into issues with communication. The doctors give me the run around for simple issues and I ALWAYS end up having to contact them in order to remind them of information I am supposed to be receiving on their end. They say they will refer somewhere and never follow through and ends up with me essentially having to call every other day or I have to try and set everything up myself. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
