You may have wanted to make an impulse decision out of emotion, such as cut your long hair to an inch, she would suggest something you wouldn’t regret the next day such as shoulder length bob and go shorter the next cut. I’ll never forget seeing her do something like that with her client and it’s stuck with me for years. I remember wanting to bleach my hair all at once, she wouldn’t do it.
