My experiences with Lillah (from a year long class 12 years ago and in a 3 month online course recently) have always been amazing. She has a depth of knowledge of the body as well as all parts of yoga (including breathing practice and yoga philosophy). She is so articulate in her teaching to help me find my way in my body. My experience is that I find unity and grace in my body-mind-spirit with her support.Lillah is also a true scholar!! I have seen her add more knowledge over time to her already impressive mastery. I am fairly new to Yoga. Two of my instructors told me that Lillah has taught them and is the BEST. I am taking a Zoom series with Lillah now and she is excellent. I highly recommend her.

My private session with Lillah was very helpful. I suffer from back trouble since I had an acute pain episode last October. She tailored exercises that perfectly address my back issues. I am happy that I consulted her expertise. It has helped with pain and given me much more confidence in my bodily range of motion.
