“Love Cassie’s Sunday afternoon class! I hope they add more classes with her to the schedule. They are the perfect mix of restorative and challenging, and her hands on assists are heavenly. I leave her class feeling strong and clear. This studio is wonderful in general. I’ve taken several of the flow of life classes and their postpartum series. Really wonderful place.“

Yoga With Lillah Yoga

“My experiences with Lillah (from a year long class 12 years ago and in a 3 month online course recently) have always been amazing. She has a depth of knowledge of the body as well as all parts of yoga (including breathing practice and yoga philosophy). She is so articulate in her teaching to help me find my way in my body. My experience is that I find unity and grace in my body-mind-spirit with her support.Lillah is also a true scholar!! I have seen her add more knowledge over time to her already impressive mastery. She cares and she shares her journey to benefit all. Lillah makes a different.“

“Michael’s Thai course online is fantastic. He’s detailed, knowledgeable, and very passionate to giving you as much information as he can. His respect for Thai culture and people is seen throughout the course and he does a really good job of drawing attention to it.It was the best course I’ve seen for Thai massage and it’s worth taking especially if you do the full program.“

RISE: Authentic Pilates Yoga

“I really loved my experience at Rise pilates. The best part for me as a beginner was that they offer 5 classes for $50. It worked out great as I could try and see if it works. Now that I am doing this regularly wish I could have started it sooner.“

“I've had an amazing experience working with Marek - he is everything that I always wanted a "doctor" for - truly interested in helping me find the root causes of the imbalances and dis-ease in my body, and treating them with lifestyle and dietary changes, psycho-emotional work, and herbal remedies. I would highly recommend Marek to anyone - he's a wonderful human and a knowledgeable and skilled Ayurvedic and Somatic Experience practitioner.“

“What a wonderful studio! I spent 6 weeks doing private lessons here while staying in AVL and experienced tremendous benefits. Owner Maureen is a gifted instructor with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and as a result, she has a watchful eye, a data bank of clear and effective cues and a supportive healing presence that facilitates the entire process. She is also skilled at working with injuries and can offer a highly effective therapeutic approach when it is needed. Highly recommend!“

Jamie Sparks, LMBT Yoga

“A kind listener, skilled, intuitive, a genuine expert when it comes to the body—I second all other 5 star reviews for Jamie. I am so lucky to have been referred to her by my doctor. She has used massage to help me with TMJ pain, the pains of sitting at a desk all day, and even to work through a lot of tension that has been accumulating for years and recently surfacing. I recommend her to anyone looking for massage therapy or bodywork—you will get truly personalized attention as her client!“

“Took Sean Johnson's Bahkti flow class and it was on a different level. Amazing at setting the tone for the class, started with some chanting which I usually struggle with but it felt very natural with him. He opened up the mind with concepts of voice and artistry. Flowed perfectly into movements and finished off very peacefully. Would highly recommend.“
