My family has been going to West Asheville Family Dentistry for many years. They have the BEST hygienist, Tracey! She is very good at explaining what’s going on & giving me tips on surviving x-rays & cleanings. They always get me in & out in a timely manner.

Tracey and Dr. Lauren are great! I had been in pain for years, they diagnosed an infected root that other dentists had told me there was nothing wrong with. They aren’t in network for me anymore but I still go because of the quality of care.

I have used this dental practice for six years. The dentists and dental specialists are well trained. I have had fillings, crowns and implants. My issues are with the office management. Have had problems with reaching the office and not returning phone messages and texts, plus changing the scheduled time just hours before, Also, even though the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is loud-- loud music, too. much loud chatting, humming, whistling and even had the owner-dentist sing near my ear--off tune! I prefer a more professional, quiet, and relaxing experience. Quiet talk is fine, but not so loud it startles me! Unfortunately, I am switching dentists. Kathy H.
