Taija created a personalized workout routine that I could access through an app and use very easily to do workouts on my own time. There are instructional videos on how to do each exercise, reps and sets recommendations and it was all customized to my goals. Taija was able to create a program that works with my inconsistent schedule, meeting me where I am and helping me fit in fitness within life, work and family. I feel like I can confidently workout on my own now instead of relying on gym classes.

Taija is great, very skillful, well trained and delightful! I am an older woman (81) with RA and an iffy knee. I’ve worked with Taija for about three + months and the overall improvement in my strength, balance and energy is amazing. When I walk, I walk upright, no more leaning. My legs are stronger, I can walk a couple of miles, no problem, and hike even further. My knee keeps getting better. I have become more balanced and have better balance. After almost a year of consistent neck pain (from working from home/the pandemic), I moved to Asheville and started looking for a trainer. I found Taija online and started working with her 3x a week for 3 months. She is a great trainer who is good about communication (available via email and text), professional and very knowledgeable about progressing at the rate the individual is comfortable with (and that their body can handle). This isn't a one-size training plan for all people type of engagement - Taija tailors each workout/training plan to the individual.
