Tula Mountain Bodywork LLC | Asheville Somatics is a five-star trauma-informed holistic healing center serving the greater Asheville area and virtually worldwide. The center is neurodivergent-owned and neurodivergent-affirming, specializing in Somatic Experiencing®, SE™ Touch, and Jin Shin Do® Acupressure. With over 20 years of experience in massage and bodywork, the practitioners offer a warm, intuitive, and deeply collaborative person-centered approach, particularly in helping clients heal from developmental trauma, complex PTSD, and sexual abuse. Clients have found the Somatic Experiencing sessions to be transformative, with the practitioners providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for their healing journey. The practitioners are described as professional, communicative, and able to draw from various modalities to address the intersection of physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Somatic Experiencing with Ranpreet has been transformative. He has helped me to build and practice resources for coping and managing nervous system dysregulation while simultaneously affirming my various intersections of lived experience: neurodivergent, gender expansive, survivor. It has been encouraging and healing to work with someone who gets it.
