We have stayed at 145 Biltmore several times. Unit 504 is clean, modern, and well equipped. Covered secure parking is invaluable in downtown Asheville.The views are great and the neighborhood (South Biltmore Avenue) is loaded with great restaurants, with Daddy Mac’s almost right next door. There is a small grocery co-op store a block away. We have talked to Maria at Towns a number of times and she has always been professional and helpful. During a recent stay we contacted her and told her the toaster was broken, and she had a brand new toaster at our door in two hours.

Recently stayed in a rental (45 Asheland Ave, Unit 507) and did not have a good experience. Elevator was out for almost the entire stay and no concession was made by the management company for the inconvenience of five flights with luggage and then every time we wanted to leave. The kitchen had one pan. Keypad to the garage didn't work. No hangers in the closets. The microwave and ice maker didn't work (my husband got them working eventually). For the price you pay, I would keep looking or stay in a hotel.

During this crazy pandemic, a company's true colors really show... I had booked a stay at one of their vacation rental properties months before the virus hit and had to cancel. I rescheduled for 2021, but as we're still fighting the pandemic and didn't want to travel, I requested to cancel again. Without any argument or hassles, they graciously sent me a refund (not a small amount of $). I've read horror stories about greedy companies refusing to return deposits. Relieved this wasn't the case.Surely, when this virus is under control, and I return to Asheville, I'll be booking my stay through Towns Property.
