I'm coming on here because I have been going here for a long time and have nothing but good experiences. To be honest they are one of the few experiences I have had with doctor's offices that are actually positive. Family Health center is responsive, they get me in last minute and always get back to me.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr Cox and her team are compassionate, good listeners, caring and through. The health portal is great, and they are always very prompt in getting back with you and communicating. Best PCP practice in Asheville!

The Family Health Center stands out as one of the few medical groups in Asheville that hasn't “bowed the knee” to HCA, which is commendable. I have been a patient of Dr Rustin Adcock for 8 years now and I am very pleased with him as my physician. He's attentive and personable. The nurses, staff, and front desk are generally courteous. The referral department, especially Abby, are professional and considerate. Like so many practices, FHCA have streamlined their process to become more efficient, but they have also maintain a personal touch. I am more and more aware that healthcare today isn't as personal as it was in years past, and I've had to adjust my expectations....read full review
