Lawrence (Larry) arrived promptly after sending me a couple of texts letting me know when to expect him and that he was on his way. I explained to him what had been going on during the year when the fridge was still under the (worthless) Whirlpool warranty-- five separate repairs with replacement and adjustment of almost the entire unit. He was sympathetic and told me what I already knew -- that the fridge was unfixable and needed to be replaced -- something Whirlpool refused to do. Nick was a really nice and polite guy. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions honestly. He had our stovetop changed out very quickly, and I would definitely use him as our technician in the future! We also had another technician named William and I give him 5 stars as well! We had a very good experience with both technicians, and I highly recommend both of them!

William arrived on time after informing us of his estimated time of arrival. He was friendly and very helpful in helping us troubleshoot. The perceived problem with the cooktop. He explained some of the nuances of the cooktop and demonstrated that all the burners were functional following the completion of his work. . we were very grateful and appreciative of his time, demeanor and expertise.
