I recently visited Dr. Adams and team for a chipped molar that required a crown repair. I visited Dr. Adams as a new patient and was extremely impressed with every aspect of the office, especially personnel and the actual technical procedure delivered. Super professional and extremely thorough. Procedure was done exactly as explained, with no pain. I got the best dental care I have ever received. Along with the immediate crown procedure, they got a full patient transfer from me. Timely, effecient, very skilled. Very impressed with Dr. and team.
Had emergency extraction also requiring grafting and membrane cover and sutures. This happened while on vacation and Dr. Steven Adams and his entire staff (especially Molly) were just wonderful. I’ve never experienced a more professional operation. After 4 weeks the membrane needed to be removed by an experienced dental surgeon and since my wife and I were in NJ (still traveling) and no other dentist wanted to remove membrane Dr. Adams made some calls and secured an appointment with a cosmetic surgeon in NJ, who performed the removal. I can’t say enough about Reynolds Mountain Dentistry and Dr. Steven Adams.
Exactly what you want from a dentist office. They know your name when you walk in and treat you like family. Whether it is an urgent appointment or regular cleaning, they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. My whole family is seen here. I really wish more medical office experiences were like this.
