Nick Stevenson from Plumb Smart came to my house the same day i notified the company of the leak in my house. Nick was knowledgeable and immediately identified the problem. Then, he fixed the problem! He was efficient and friendly. Kudos to Nick and Plumb Smart. I highly recommend this company. Everything was completed in one day without a hitch.
Had a issue with my hot water heater
PlumSmart came out same day. Nick n Sarah did a great job in fixing the problem.
They were professional n knowledgable -n the price was reasonable

All the plumbers are skilled, and they have great camaraderie. Two of them came out to help their coworker after they had finished their jobs for the day because my job was taking longer than expected. They gave me a price and stuck to it - no surprises. Extra thanks to David Shields who came all the way back to Weaverville from Old Fort to make sure the job completed successfully because he had spec’ed and quoted the job originally.
