This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. I had to have three fillings because I have put it off for so long. Although uncomfortable to have someone working in my mouth, it was as quick and painless as it could be. Also, the front desk staff is very friendly and helped deal with my insurance. I would highly recommend this practice.

I've been with North Asheville Family Dentistry for years, and love it so much, it has become our whole family's dental practice. Their affordable membership is so easy and straightforward I don't have to hassle with insurance, and I feel great after each cleaning. My appointment is always on-time and efficient, but they also take the time to really listen to any concerns I have about my teeth. I was a little nervous about doing an in-office teeth whitening procedure last year because I get claustrophobic, but the team immediately put me at ease and helped me relax through the entire procedure. The entire team is professional, personable and skilled. Each procedure is fully explained and they welcome your questions. The Dental Assistants , Brittany and Ashlea are professional yet very attune to the patient's comfort during any procedure. Crystal and Sarah are timely in returning all calls and scheduling. Although this practice is not in my network, I have chosen to remain with Dr Dao due to her skill and professionalism as well as that of her team. The best!
