“I had a wonderful experience today at the nail den. The store was gorgeously decorated, clean, and well maintained. Both nail techs working were friendly and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and open. The tech who did my nails did a lovely job and was super gentle and attentive! Despite me being super chatty she finished my nails in a timely manner with fantastic execution, and even when I had concerns she was super helpful and without attitude or question she worked with me to make sure I left with the perfect nails. I asked him questions and he was very kind and conversational. The man at the front desk doesn’t make eye contact or smile; my advice about him: Don’t take it personal, he’s obviously having a very bad day, bad week, month, year, etc. The salon is very clean and looks new.“
