We had a great experience at MedVet. The staff was kind, professional, and very attentive from the moment we arrived. The veterinarian took the time to carefully examine my cat, explain possible causes, and create a clear plan while we waited for test results.
I really appreciated how thoughtful and thorough they were, and the follow-up message to check on my pet meant a lot. My cat is already doing much better, and I feel confident knowing he was in good hands.
Highly recommend MedVet for anyone who needs urgent or specialty veterinary care.
Entered facility at 8:00pm with my cat with a broken leg.
By 11:00 they had sedated and began treatment which included X-rays sent out for evaluation. I returned home and waited til 3:00am the next day when I was called to return to pick up cat
Staff was supportive, friendly, kept us informed . My only negative was how long it took to get necessary treatment. Cost was also considerable. The vet was good at explaining what needed to be done for getting surgery which we did the same day
Had to take a sick dog to MedVet. They checked him over and felt a troubling mass, worked with another vet with oncology and kept him overnight to stabilize him. Had him ready to go in the morning to go to the other vet. Doctor called me with some instructions from the oncology vet.
