Well, once again Mike Kospa and his crew did it again. They cleaned out our gutters, cleaned decks and soft washed our vinyl siding. They provide a detail estimate with pricing for each request we asked for and their prices are the best you’re going find in this area. Mike is very professional and listens to all your requests. This company is the real deal if you want it done right and through. Great job guys!!!!

I recently hired Kospa's to clean my vinyl siding, gutters and screened deck. I could not be more pleased. They were running a little behind because of the weather, but they were very communicative and apologetic for any inconvenience. They did an excellent job for a very fair price. The 2 technicians were professional, polite, personable and hard working. I couldn't ask for more!

My neighbor recommended Kospa Clean to provide pressure spraying and window cleaning services for our home in Fletcher, NC. Mike Kospa came to our house to review the scope of services our home would require. Mike was expedient providing a proposal and the proposal was comprehensive but also allowed for options. We were satisfied with the pricing and authorized all services proposed and upon Mike's recommendation added cleaning some natural rock steps in two locations as a small add-on to the scope.
