So I had some Groupon points near expiration and I was at a loss of what to buy. Until I saw a pet portrait for JCP on there. For $15. That's exactly what I had. It included a photo shoot and one digital and physical print. Sold. I made an appointment and then called. They offered same day. They had A lot of appointments actually. Super smooth. Nice person who chatted with me. Easy to park in garage and straight shot into JCP. Difficult to find the portrait studio tho. Go up the stairs and to the back left. Very hidden. And two staff directed me wrong. I was on time but left waiting like 15 mins because of a family finishing up. Not ideal with a cat in a bag....... read full review

I am visiting from out of town and I really wanted to get my hair done. JCPenney salon was the only place that could get me in at short notice. I called and got an appointment with a woman named Leigh. She seemed pretty new and has had her license for 2 years. The salon itself, while very clean, needs to improve its ambiance. Leigh did an amazing job with my hair,I asked for a partial highlight and it really came out great. If you are looking for a new stylist, I recommend that you go and see Leigh. I have been using Tatiana for my hairstylist at JCP for about 10 years. She is a professional everytime and even during the pandemic times has provided the best service available. I highly recommend Tatiana and the Pennys Salon.Services: Waxing
