Once you've had your perfect haircut, almost anyone can recreate it over and over, because the details (lengths and styles) are saved forever under your name in their database. Staff will ask you which haircut you'd like replicated, and then they'll do just that.

Michelle the manager did an amazing job fixing the disaster cut my son got yesterday from another location. She didn’t think twice about helping me/son when I called she said come on in and I’ll take care of your son! Thank you Michelle for your kindness and helping fix my son’s hair!!! We will definitely be back to see you
