Thanks to Scott, Russell and the Five Step crew for making our 40 year-old oriental rugs look great! They were quick to respond, friendly, courteous, and on time for pick-up and delivery. Plus reasonably priced. I'll certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.
I was told by my very savvy realtor that I had to replace the carpets in my 2 bedrooms as they could never be sufficiently cleaned. Surprise!! They look brand new after being cleaned by Chris and Mitch from Five Step Carpet Care of Asheville. What a savings! Not having to go thru the hassle or expense of getting new carpets. Not only do they do quality work, but the staff is very available, concerned about meeting client needs, and easy to work with. The best carpet cleaners I've ever had!
The folks Five Steps Carpet Cleaning are so knowledgable, responsive & on time. My carpets look like new. They also had my upholstered furniture & my oriental while there. Great quality & sevice.
