Being 39, and never having surgery, or any major oral work, I was quite nervous about being put under and having all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once.John, and his entire staff, could not have been more understanding, informative, and patient. The front desk associate Patty, was incredibly helpful figuring out insurance and payment, and did a great job staying in touch and being a liaison between John and myself when I had aftercare questions.I am absolutely floored how smoothly this procedure went and the care I was given by John and his staff.“

“I went in because my tooth had chipped. My previous dentist said we would have to pull it, so I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Sullens FIXED MY TOOTH, and in nearly a year, I have had absolutely no problems with it. She also filled three other teeth, and she did a great job, with NO PAIN during the procedures. She was very nice and professional and explained everything she was doing. To be absolutely honest, my dental experience with Dr. Sullens is the BEST I have ever had! Yes, she does handle several patients at a time, but I did not find that offputting at all, because the place runs like clockwork. I found the entire staff very friendly, and they go out of their way to be helpful. When I had questions about my insurance, the front desk person went out of her way to print everything that I could not see in my BCBS dental insurance portal. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Sullens and her entire staff, and for the first time in my life, I do not dread going to the dentist.“

On a professional level I’ve lost handfuls of clients because when I showed up to meet them I had bad teeth! They doubted my ability to follow through. And it makes sense. I haven’t had insurance in two decades! Thanks to this Medicaid expansion I’m able to resume my life, afford medical expenses, Live longer, raise my son better, and be happier. Yes all of that. Thousands of people got coverage under the new expansion. Affordable Dentures is getting flooded with phone calls, so give them a break if they can’t get to you right away. I called every day until the lady found me an appointment. And I showed up!“
