I called Crown Electric late one night, thinking I would leave a message about a pretty minor problem, and he not only picked up the phone, but he was able to resolve my problem over the phone by stepping me through a couple of easy checkpoints. It just felt like good, kind neighborly care: You can bet the next time I really need electrical work done. I will call Crown Electric.
