Alexis is an absolutely fabulous Pilates instructor. The best I've ever worked with. I've taken classes in person, gotten private instruction and I'm a big fan of her online challenges. She keeps it interesting and explains the moves so they are easy to understand. Her enthusiasm and depth of wisdom about our bodies is phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I have only been taking private Pilates sessions with Alexis for about two months now but I can definitely see a change in my body and I love it! My abs, thighs, arms, and back all have better definition. I am leaner and stronger already. Thank you!!

Alexis is an amazing instructor and human being. I started working with her over six years ago. She inspired my love of Pilates so much that I decided to become a teacher myself. I still work with Alexis each week and every time I do, I grow as a practitioner of Pilates as well as an instructor. I can honestly say that Alexis is one of the best in the biz and no matter your goals, she can help to get you there. I cannot recommend Cisco Pilates enough.
