Tom at Charlotte Street computers did something miraculous! When my 2011 Apple computer died he was able to Transfer vital information to my new 2024 Apple computer within 30 minutes and at a very low cost.

I brought my iPhone to have the battery changed. They had the correct battery in stock. It only took 1 1/2 hours. Note that you have to pay extra for same day service, but it was a very reasonable charge. All of the staff were honest and helpful. I will definitely use this business in the future!

Brought my phone in for an Apple repair, Best Buy told me I would have to take the phone to the Apple Store and do some sort of a reset but luckily Charlotte Street had the part in stock and got the phone back to me in three hours. Seems to have fixed the problem and luckily AppleCare paid for everything! Customer service was fantastic. I would definitely go back.
