Tom is a high-level craftsman and artist in the landscape. He's a rough character, and can be hard to pin down, but when he gets into a project he proceeds with mastery, patience and artistic talent that is very hard to find. If you want seriously good and unique work done and are willing to wait for the quality, I would highly recommend Tom.
