I absolutely love coming here!!! Meggan the office manager is incredibly talented! She is never stationary, every time I have come in she is everywhere in and out of all the rooms!! She even made my dentures! I was difficult and she had so much patience with me! She never got frustrated with me, she just smiles and says there is nothing I can’t fix! When I told her I was leaving a review for her, she said to not leave one for her but for any other staff member that stood out to me!! THAT IS A TRUE LEADER RIGHT THERE! I don’t think this place would feel the same if it wasn't for her.The way she teaches instead of talking down to her staff when they had to get her to help is a true skill!! The way her and Dr. Lulu interacted and bounced ideas off each other really made me feel like I was in the best hands. You can tell she loves her job!! And I LOVE MY NEW SMILE!!
I brought my mother to replace her dentures. She had difficulty controlling herself because of her age and because she has not seen a dentist in a very long time. The staff took their time to make her comfortable. Beth Ann helped my mother what's a very difficult situation after we had gotten her dentures. I really appreciate her taking the time to help us. Thank you to everyone at the office.
Hi just wanted to express my gratitude for the great experience I had at your office recently let’s start with the excellent staff Beth Ann is I wizard at explaining things and Denora who took a while to open up at first but as I got to know her I was amazed by how passionate she is about her job and so intelligent but care was the common denominator everyone there truly cared I also got to Benefit from having 2 amazing doctors Luer Wang and Casey Cho who were with me every step of the way I felt like I was getting royal treatment they listened to everything I had to say and didn’t cut me off like a lot of doctors will do these days and I was amazed by how ready they...read full review
