My wife's doctor left Our Family Doctor. She was never notified that she no longer had a doctor. Then she had a lump on her breast. Then they told her she didn't have a doctor and that she could go to urgent care instead. Thanks Our Family Doctor, for nothing.

I've been with them for years of disappointment. Feeling like it's more about my insurance than me. Went through 2 doctors, who both left, which was great because they both surprised me at their lack of knowledge and care. Now when I really need to see someone they tell me since I haven't been there for awhile and my doctor left I have to start over there as a new person.... and there will be a wait because they don't have a doctor for me. I wish they had let me know before pushing me to the side. Now I'm in a rough situation and trying to find help.

This practice referred me to a community health facility, but it is not one I would have chosen for the quality and type of care I would like.
