It was such a pleasure working with Angela Marino. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Angela has a sweet and caring personality and is genuinely interested in helping her clients out regardless of the type of property. We are out of state clients who work different shift throughout the week. When I was on night shift Angela went above and beyond by staying up late to go over documents with a thorough explanation. I really appreciated her for going that extra mile and helping make the process easier for me. When viewing the property, she video called me and showed every detail of the house. When it came to looking for an attorney and surveyor she was on top of things. Angela ensures that everything in the property was as described in the listing and contract. She did the final walkthrough and ensured everything was ok. She was easy to reach and communicate with. She explained the process in great detail every step of the way. If I can give Angela 100 stars I would. I’ve dealt with many realtors in my life and she is by far the best one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. Angela was a pleasure to work with as a Realtor. She is very knowledgeable of the area, listened to what we were looking for, and provided many options to choose from. She actually walked the land with us - through briars, creeks, and hills. When we found what we wanted, she gave great advice on making an offer. Now that our land is under contract, she is providing excellent guidance through all of the due diligence - very detail oriented and thorough.
