Diana is great for some reason my phone wouldn't upload my ID and I really wanted to schedule a showing she reached out to me and found a way for me to send it and she was able to get it loaded for me and now I get to go see a house I've been looking at for awhile with the help of her
I've lived for five years in a duplex owned by Christian Gravoso and managed by Pure Property. It's a spacious home with a nice yard, room for pets, and minimal problems. And I appreciate that in this tough market they've kept rent affordable. Pure, and property manager Cindy Ruf, has helped out with whatever was needed promptly. Overall, I would say the place is a gem where I've been able to find the space I needed to get established in Asheville.
I have had great experience working with Christian Gravoso over the past one month. We are very happy with the ongoing operation and looking forward to building long term relation with Pure Property Management.
