Great environment and really relaxing, however, I chose the Hydrating wrap with body polish that is supposed to be enhanced with hot towels, hot stones, and a soothing foot massage. It also said it included a face, neck, and shoulder massage. I did not receive any hot stones and when I mentioned it to my masseuse, she just said there must have been some miscommunication, but never tried to accommodate me. Also, the only thing that actually felt like massaging was the neck massage, everything else just felt like rubbing and I was never given a face massage which is one of the things I was looking forward to because I had never had one.
