After the hurricane Helene our sewer backed up! There were issues with the water line so I called the city which ended up being a problem with our house. The city recommended this company. I called them at 1pm and they were there at 3, same day! The technician knew exactly what to do and the clog was cleared! What a relief! Great service! It is hard to get help in the middle of a natural disaster but they came through for us!

Robby came out to our home Saturday evening and was extremely helpful and trustworthy. He was thorough, patient, and great at explaining why he was doing what he was doing. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend them!

My sewer line was backing up, roots had grown into the pipe. A rooter king was responsive, prompt and easy to work with. They identified and explained the issue, gave me a quote and stayed within the estimate. Would use the again in the future without hesitation
