The team diagnosed and fixed the AC problem right the first time. After having a couple major parts replaced and still no resolution from another company that's been here five different times, I decided to go with Triad and everything is working just fine.
Great company. Had problem with inside unit and in about 30 min they were there 2 fix it. Technician Zack Mills did great job and was very nice and professional. Checked outside unit 2 make sure was working properly. Would highly recommend them.
Zach was a good guy and diagnosed the issue immediately. 409 dollars for 10 minutes of work is expensive but vastly cheaper than it could have been. We talked about the unit and he checked to make sure nothing else was wrong and the unit has been working fine ever sense
