I live 200 miles from this business, and when my daughter experienced to issues with her computer woes, this company provided immediate assistance with professionalism and kindness and positive results. She lives in their vicinity and has Gregg's email and phone number at her fingertips. This gives me enormous peace of mind. Cannot recommend a business more highly that understands my concerns for my daughter and works with me long-distance. Bravo!
