“I have been having my dark roots covered at a salon for probably 15 years. But when I decided to retire I also decided to stop with the root touch up. Problem was.. I had all this dark hair with very light “gray” roots. My hair is somewhat fragile, made more so from a permanent body wave done a couple years ago. So I was concerned about “the process”, I also didn’t want it to fall out…And I didn’t want half white/gray hair until it grew out. Enter Kelsi. She’s young. She’s highly educated in her field… she’s up to date on new procedures and products and she likes a challenge. That would be me. A challenge. She talked me into cutting off the weakest ends, I previously had not found a stylist I trusted to do this, but it was an awesome new look for me. Then she was able to strip the dark color off in 2 sessions, only 2 due to my fine not so thick hair. She was so patient for the hours that it took, and it gave me time to get to know her. My plan is to get to “NO color maintenance” by my retirement date. That may not happen, due to my scheduling but it’s okay. I enjoy my time with her. I found a stylist and I found a new young friend. If you’re particular about your hair… you will be glad you found Kelsi.“

“Ms. D is the best!! She fixed the bangs on a wig I messed up when trying to trim. I have another long wig that tangles really bad and looked like a wig. Ms. D cut it into a super cute shorter style. She also offered to trim up the lace making it look more realistic. I got a compliment from an avid wig wearer who said she couldn't tell it was a wig. She said whoever cut it did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Ms. D. I will definitely be coming back.
