We purchased our home in 2021. Noticed small leaks about a year later. Could not use insurance based on the leaks and the unknown of what caused it. Called another popular company and they quoted us over 7k for repairs or 9k to replace. We called Ace and explained our issue and he had his men out that week and repaired our roof for 1/4 of the price!!!
