Update : I received a phone call and sincere apology from the owner the morning after writing my original post. He also provided a partial refund on my invoice, which I received immediately after the call. I really appreciate a business who can take feedback to heart and apply it to improving their service.
The technicians who did the work in my home were very efficient, professional, and respectful of my space. Unfortunately, the scheduling and planning side of the business needs improvement. Secure restoration was extremely friendly, efficient, and thorough. They took care of my problem in an affordable manner with excellent customer service, and completed the job amazingly quickly! I highly recommend them!
