I am so very grateful for Dr. McMullen and the entire staff at Pinnacle Animal Hospital. When Sterling was not feeling well on a Friday afternoon the staff was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Dr. McMullen was kind, caring and compassionate during the exam. In addition to taking care of Sterling, He provided reassurance and emotional support to me. The office Coordinated medical care for the
weekend and Scheduled Sterling for surgery . Then After surgery, the staff took turns carrying Sterling around the office while he recovered from the anesthesia. Sterling received such outstanding care and kindness-If possible, I would give 10 stars!
I could not speak highly enough about this place. All of the employees, vets, vet techs, admin, every single person there has been so compassionate to my girl. Our girl has been treated by them several times in the last month, and they continued to check in on her after appointments. When we needed them to see her they were able to schedule same day or as soon as possible, always very quick.
Unfortunately, today we had to say goodbye to our sweet Cami girl. I wouldn’t have wanted to take her anywhere else. Thank you all for the exceptional care you gave our sweet girl, and us. If my heart can take another pet we will always come to you for care. Thank you.
I’ve taken my cats here for several years. I had an older cat who had a lot of health issues and the care that they gave us was excellent. Each time I left feeling like I knew what was going on and that they had done everything to care for my cats. This is hands down the best vet I’ve been to.
