Workout, educated and supported! From the moment you enter Mountain Fitness you know you are getting the one on one attention you pay for. Seth Rogers and his time work hard on the areas you want to improve and they give you the knowledge of how to continue your workout in your daily life. I’ve been with Mountain Fitness for 5 yrs after a gastric bypass and will continue as my overall health has improved. I highly recommend Mountain Fitness and Seth Rogers to anyone who wants to make a real change in their life!
Seth really helped me get back on track. Our training sessions targeting everything we set out for in the beginning. He was encouraging and motivating. He became a friend in getting me going in the right direction. Seth helped me survive the pandemic by putting together what I had at home to make our workouts amazing and difficult. He knows his stuff, knows how to correctly train and is a champion for his clients.
Seth was very helpful in giving specific target exercises for what I needed to work on! He maintains a very welcoming atmosphere and helped me tremendously. I would recommend Mountain Fitness to anyone!
