The staff is very helpful and professional. They were easy to work with even when an issue came up they were great to work with in trying to solve the problem. The issue: There were only 10 different repeats when LL Flooring advertised 21. The staff at LL Flooring immediately exchanged several boxes of planks. Although, there were still only 10 of 21 patterns even after the exchange and looking at the installation one could easily see lots of repeated patterns, I am still grateful that the staff at LL Flooring tried hard to make it work. I think the product was just advertised incorrectly.

The employees worked as a team, and they were so helpful in resolving questions and issues. With a diverse selection of flooring materials, LL Flooring had the color range that I had not been able to find elsewhere. Just like the Arden store team, my new floor has exceeded my expectations.

I was warmly welcomed, Chris allowed me to look around and then he was there to answer any questions I had. Chris knew exactly what I was looking for and he was very patient and attentive with me. Store was neat and serviced well. Very happy with the store and if I need additional flooring, I will certainly return.
