Restoration Carolina was amazing during the entire process to mitigate and repair the water damage from a leak that damaged both floors of my home. Their estimators and contracted repairmen were always professional, communicated well, and were on time for every visit to my home. They were careful and clean for the duration of the project. First of all, Randy and his team are wonderful to work with. They are fast, very easy to communicate with, and do their work with the upmost integrity and efficiency. Lightning Restoration has helped out at my parents home when their water heater flooded the basement and they helped us when the house we were renting also flooded the bottom floor.
