Restoration Carolina was amazing during the entire process to mitigate and repair the water damage from a leak that damaged both floors of my home. Their estimators and contracted repairmen were always professional, communicated well, and were on time for every visit to my home. They were careful and clean for the duration of the project. This was my first time dealing with water damage and they walked me through the whole process, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable / got consent for everything they needed to do. They got everything done in a reasonable timeframe, especially considering how backed up home repairs are in this current market. They also worked directly with my insurance company for financial coverage. I would highly recommend them!

First of all, Randy and his team are wonderful to work with. They are fast, very easy to communicate with, and do their work with the upmost integrity and efficiency. Lightning Restoration has helped out at my parents home when their water heater flooded the basement and they helped us when the house we were renting also flooded the bottom floor.
