I've gone to Kagan three times now. The first for a simple cut, the second for full color on completely untouched hair, and the third for another cut.All of my cuts have been gorgeous and felt wonderful until I was able to go back to her. And my color looks phenomenal and has lasted much longer than I would have expected.On top of her excellent quality of work she's very professional, kind, and nice to talk to.I've attached photos from the day it was done and another from 4 months later.

First time going to 11Eleven but will definitely be back. I was nervous because I've never had a long bob but Kagan brought my vision to life. I feel more comfortable experimenting with new styles knowing I can trust my stylist.
