Instructors are patient and know kids well. They did an awesome job on teaching kids and helping them understand the skills at different levels. Definitely a great place for learning martial arts.

I started tracing with them when I was 12 years old and are the most amazing people in the world I was nervous on my first class because I transferred form a tiger rock in Alabama and was red belt level 1 and then I go my black belt and was training to become a instructor and they told me all the way. They taught me how to trust people more often and they were more than my instructors they were my family.

We came from another Taekwondo facility where my daughter went for about 3.5 years. The classes there were over crowded, mixed adults with 5 year olds, and was very focused on the forms.. minimal sparring, board breaking or conditioning. Plus you had to sign a minimum of a year contract. Tiger Rock of Holly Springs has renewed my 8 year old daughter's love of TKD. This place is great. They divide classes by age groups and they aren't over crowded so each student gets help throughout class. I love that they work on athleticism and conditioning as well as Martial Arts.
