I usually go here for convenience, but don't feel service and prices are that great. I can't always understand what they are saying and they are always trying to upsell... even when I book in advance and say what I want.
I've gone to Sassy Nails several times and have only had an excellent experience. They have plenty of OPI options for gel and dip if you have a brand preference. My favorite technician is Kay but they're all amazing!
I'm writing in response to a review left by Grace E. I was a customer in the salon when she came in and it's unfortunate I can't report her review as untrue. When she walked in, she immediately said she was going to leave the salon a 1 star review but wanted to give them a chance to fix it. The problem with her nails was that one nail was longer than the other and they offered to fix that. She instead wanted all 10 finger nails to be painted again. They were not rude in any way, just explained there policy and she then spoke over them and walked out. It's too bad people get to say whatever they want to on here that may affect someone's livelihood.... read full review
